Forty-five miles up the M5 and about an hour, into a town that spends a good part of the year hosting something. Race week in March, the literature, jazz and science festivals through the year, and a steady flow of Cotswolds visitors in between.
Cheltenham Festival week
In March, Cheltenham's road network and its taxi supply both give up at the same time. Book early — the Mini Buses and 15 Seaters go first — and book the return at the same time. We agree a pick-up point away from the racecourse gates where a vehicle can actually get in and out.
Airport transfers to and from Cheltenham
Bristol Airport to Cheltenham is a straight run down the A38 and up the M5, typically an hour and a quarter, with flight monitoring and meet and greet included. It is a far better arrangement than the train, which does not go there directly.
Gloucester and the Cotswolds
The same trip covers Gloucester, Tewkesbury, Stroud, Cirencester and the Cotswold villages, where public transport ranges from occasional to non-existent. All quoted as fixed prices, door to door.
Groups and hospitality
Corporate hospitality at the races, a hen weekend in the Cotswolds or a wedding party spread across three hotels — the Mini Bus and the 15 Seater keep everyone together on one fare and one arrival time.
