Cancellation Timeframes and Charges
Our cancellation charges and timeframes helps to maintain better efficiency while providing flexibility. No cancellation charges are applicable on the rides which are cancelled more than 24 hours before the schedule time of pickup. You will definitely get a full refund. But in case you cancel your booking between 12-24 hours before the pickup schedule, a 50% cancellation fee applies.
Cancellations which are within 12 hours of pickup time are basically non-refundable as we have already schedule the drivers for your trip. If the passenger fails to appear at the given pickup destination without prior cancellation, no refund will be granted and full fare will be charged.
How to Cancel Your Booking?
We have always said that placing your booking with Bristol Taxi is extremely simple. But when it comes to cancelling your ride, we have same effort-less procedure.

- Meanwhile, email option is also available by giving us all the details of your trip.
- You can also log into your online booking portal and go for the ride cancellation.
Note: Cancellations are only confirmed once you receive an official message or email from Bristol Taxi.
Refund Process
To successfully quality for the refund, the process is simple. It generally takes 6-7 business days to process your refunds into original payment method. Hence, depending on your bank, the timeline can be a bit longer to reflect the amount in your account. Please contact our customer support team if you did not receive the refunded amount after the stated period.
Modifications and Rescheduling
We also offer rescheduling and modifications options. Any changes made in the ride within 12 hours of the pickup time are free of charge. After 12 hours, modifications are accepted subject to availability and may incur extra charges. To schedule your ride to a different time as well as date, contact our customer support team to confirm the availability.
Special Circumstances
In cases of special circumstances, Bristol Taxi reserves the right to make exceptions to the cancellation policy. This includes severe weather conditions, accidents as well as road closures affecting the journey, and medical emergencies with valid proof. In such cases, we may offer rescheduling or refunds on a case-by-case basis.
