When you make a booking we collect the information needed to carry it out: your name, telephone number, email address, pick-up and destination addresses, the date and time of travel, passenger and luggage numbers, any flight or train number, and any special requirements you tell us about, such as a child seat or mobility assistance.

When you contact us through a form on this site we collect the details you enter so that we can reply. When you pay online, payment is handled by our booking and payment providers — we do not store your full card details on this website.

Online bookings and the customer account area on this site are provided through EasyTaxiOffice, our booking and dispatch system, and are displayed here as an embedded frame. Data you enter into the booking form is processed by that system in order to create, price and dispatch your journey, and is subject to their processing arrangements as well as this policy.

Pages on this site may include embedded content such as the booking form, maps or videos. Embedded content from other websites behaves in exactly the same way as if you had visited that website directly: those sites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking and monitor your interaction with the embedded content.
