Wedding Transfers
Wedding transport is a logistics problem dressed as a nice car. Guests are spread across three hotels, the venue has six parking spaces, and everything has to happen inside a ten-minute window. We plan the timetable with you in advance and put the vehicles where they need to be.
The guest shuttle is the part people forget
The couple's car gets all the attention and the guests get a car park with six spaces. Two or three minibus runs between the hotels and the venue, plus a couple of late shuttles back, costs less than most couples expect and removes the drink-driving question entirely.
A written timetable, agreed beforehand
We work out with you who is collected where, at what time, and in which vehicle — and send it to you in writing. On the day the drivers work from that, and there is a phone number that reaches a human if anything moves.
Getting there early, on purpose
Our wedding vehicles are dispatched to arrive early as a matter of policy. The cost of a car waiting twenty minutes is nothing; the cost of a car arriving five minutes late to a church is not recoverable.
Venues in and around Bristol
We cover the city registry offices and churches, and the country venues out towards the Mendips, the Cotswolds, Somerset and South Wales — where the guests are usually staying somewhere else entirely and the shuttle matters most.
