Getting the terminal right

Southampton alone has four cruise terminals and they are not near each other. The one you want is printed on your cruise documents alongside the ship's name. Give us both and the driver takes you to that gate at the right time — turning up at the wrong terminal on embarkation morning is a genuinely bad hour.

Luggage, honestly assessed

Cruise luggage is heavier than airline luggage because nothing is weighing it. Two people commonly travel with two large cases each plus a suit carrier, which is a Mini Bus rather than a saloon. Tell us what you are taking and we will tell you what it needs.

Coming home

Disembarkation is allocated in waves and the waves slip. Give us your allocated time and we will build a margin into the collection; our driver meets you at the terminal and drives you home directly, rather than via the four other stops a coach transfer makes.

Ferries and the Channel ports

Dover and Portsmouth for Channel and Spanish crossings, Harwich for the North Sea routes, Plymouth for Roscoff and Santander. All quoted as fixed-price transfers with the sailing time built into the schedule.
