Pre-booked, not hailed
We are a licensed private hire operator, which means every journey is pre-booked through the office — you cannot flag us down in the street, and that is the point. Your booking is logged, the vehicle and driver are assigned to you by name, and the fare is agreed before you get in rather than watched on a meter.
Accessibility and travelling with children
Tell us what you need when you book. Child and booster seats are available at no extra charge if we know in advance — we cannot fit one that we have not brought with us. Folding wheelchairs, walking frames and assistance to and from the front door are all routine; just say so on the booking so the right vehicle and the right driver come out.
Areas beyond the city
Local for us reaches further than the city boundary: Portishead, Clevedon, Nailsea, Backwell, Thornbury, Yate, Chipping Sodbury, Keynsham and the villages between them. Anything further afield is priced as a long-distance transfer, which is often better value than you would expect.
